- 7 g Instant Yeast
- 35 g White Caster Sugar
- 16 g Vanilla Sugar
- 35 g Butter
- 400 g Flour
- 4 g Salt

- 200 g White Chocolate

- Start by taking a large bowl and adding lukewarm milk, yeast, vanilla sugar, and white caster sugar. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
- Next, add the butter, flour, and salt. Stir until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Knead the dough thoroughly for 10-12 minutes. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm spot for about an hour, or until it has doubled in size.
- Dust your work surface with flour and roll the dough out into a rectangular shape.
- Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into 16 even pieces.
- Arrange the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow them to rise for an additional 30 minutes, or until they’ve doubled in size.
- In the meantime, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and set it aside to cool.
- Heat a layer of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat (175°C). Fry the dough pieces until they are golden brown on both sides. Let them drain on paper towels.
- Coat the freshly fried donuts in granulated sugar and let them cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the melted white chocolate until smooth.
