  •  50 g  Yellow Onion
  •  75 g  Green pepper
  •  50 g  Red Pepper
  •  40 g  Tomato Puree
  •  40 ml  Sunflower Oil
  •  1 g  Italian Herbs
  • 1 g  Dried Parsley
  • 1 g  Salt
  • 200 g  Vegetable Mixture

MEAT MIXTURE

  •  325 g  Minced Meat
  •  Other Vegetable Mixture
  •  3 g  Salt
  •  3 g  Paprika Powder
  •  3 g  Cumin Powder
  •  3 g  Garlic Powder
  •  3 g  Onion Powder
  •  2 g  Cayenne Pepper
  •  40 g  Panko Bread Crumbs

Prepare the Vegetables:

  1. Cut the tomato, yellow onion, green pepper, and red pepper into large pieces.
  2. Place the vegetables in a chopper and grind them to a coarse consistency.
  3. Divide the vegetable mixture into two parts (200 grams and the remaining part).

Make the Vegetable Filling:

  1. Place 200 grams of the vegetable mixture in a deep bowl.
  2. Add tomato puree, sunflower oil, Italian herbs, dried parsley, and salt.
  3. Mix everything until combined.

Prepare the Minced Meat:
