Pour flaxseeds and water into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat (180°F / 82°C) for five to six minutes until the mixture thickens. Strain through medical gauze to extract the gel.
In another pan, combine dried rosemary and olive oil. Heat on low (140°F / 60°C) for fifteen minutes. Let it cool, then strain to remove rosemary.
Melt shea butter using a double boiler method. Remove from heat and whisk in aloe vera gel until smooth.
Add three tablespoons of flaxseed gel and two tablespoons of rosemary-infused oil. Stir well to combine.
Mix in rosemary and peppermint essential oils. Blend thoroughly to achieve a creamy consistency.
