Blend Tomatoes and Green chilies and make paste then set aside.

In a big pot heat oil. Add sliced onions and fry until light brown in color.

Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Add Chicken and fry for couple of minutes.

Add tomato and chili paste mix well.

Add yogurt and mix well.

Add all the dry spices and mix well

Add Potatoes and cover. let it simmer until chicken is tender.

Sprinkle Biryani Masala over the curry.

Add orange food color in 4-5 places leaving gaps between each

Garnish with mint, tomato slice, lemon slices, coriander.

Spread boiled rice over the curry and cover for 15 minutes.

Remove the cover and mix carefully from one side.

Wash the rice and soak in water for half an hour.

Boil water and add salt, oil and whole spices.

Boil rice until 95% done then stain and layer in biryani.
