- 15 g Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 25 g Butter
- 35 ml Sunflower Oil
- 500 g Flour
- 8 g Salt

- 4.5 g Salt

Add the beaten egg, melted butter, and sunflower oil. Mix well.
Add the flour and salt. Mix until combined and knead the dough for 10-12 minutes until it forms a cohesive dough.
First Rise:
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Shape the Dough:
Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface and roll it into a rectangular shape.
Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Brush the dough pieces with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
