- – White rice (weighed raw) 40g (soaked)
- – Capsicum (chopped) 30g
- – Oil 7.5ml
- – Spring onions white 1 medium head
- – Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
- – Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
- – Chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
- – Vinegar 1/2 tsp
- – Black pepper 1 tsp
- – Chicken powder 2.5 tbsp
- – Spring onions green

- Mix together soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
- Boil water, add a bit of vinegar, and cook rice until it’s mostly done (85%).
- In a pan with oil, sauté garlic paste and a chopped spring onion head.
- Add raw chicken mince, cook until it turns white. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir. Cover and cook on medium to low heat.
- Gradually add water only when needed to keep the chicken tender. Stir occasionally.
- When there’s little water left, add chopped capsicum and chicken powder. Cover and cook until capsicum softens.
