Instructions

  1. In a pot add besan/gram flour with yogurt and green chili paste.

  2. Then add chili powder, salt, chicken powder and turmeric.

  3. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add water and let it simmer for 2 hours until its thick.

Tadka

  1. In a pan heat up oil, brown the onion slices. Then Add curry leaves, chili flakes and cumin seeds and saute until fragrant.

  2. Pour over the Kadhi and its ready.

Curry

  1. Blend tomatoes, onion and green chilies to make paste.

  2. In a pot heat oil and add ginger garlic and saute for few minutes.

  3. Then add the tomato onion blend with all the spices and chicken. mix well and cover until chicken is tender and separates oil.

  4. Now add yogurt and mix well. 

  5. Then cover for few more minutes.

  6. Lastly add coriander leaves and its ready.

Noodles

  1. In a pan add water salt and oil. When it starts to boil the add noodle.

  2. Strain and let them go through cold water and set aside.

Garnish and Toppings

  1. Fry samosa/roll sheets.

  2. Also fry some shredded potatoes.

  3. Assemble them in a plate with lemon, green chilis and if you want you can also serve with fried onions and garlic.

Serve

  1. Finally assemble all the dishes together and serve hot!
