  2. Let them get color form one side for about 2-3 minutes and flip the side and do for the same on this side as well.

  3. Now sprinkle salt. it will help tenderize the chicken.

  4. Then add Desi ghee. You can also add butter if you want.

  5. Then add slices garlic. I did't add crushed garlic because it would give a bold taste.

  6. Flip the chicken sides occasionally.

  7. Then cover for 10 minutes on a very low flame.

  8. After 10 minutes you will see the chicken is tender and juicy. If not cover again until you achieve the results.

  9. Then sprinkle black pepper.

  10. Lastly add sliced lemon and chilies.

  11. Let is simmer for couple of minutes until all chicken gets lemony flavor.

  12. Serve hot with boiled rice or roti. It also goes well with shawarma bread. Enjoy!
