- 100 ml Milk
- 175 ml Water
MEAT MIXTURE
- 600 g Minced Meat
- 4 g Salt
- 2 g Black Pepper
- 15 ml Sunflower Oil
SAUCE
- 150 g Mayonaise
- 50 g Mustard
- 30 g Pickle
- 15 g Egg Yolk
- 15 ml Pickle Water
- 25 g Chili Pepper

Divide the dough into 18 equal pieces and shape each piece into a round ball.
