  •  2  Garlic Bulbs
  •  125 g  Butter
  •  1.5 g  Cayenne Pepper
  •  1.5 g  Dried Parsley
  •  20 ml  Olive Oil
  •  50 g  Parmesan Cheese

CHICKEN MIXTURE

  •  350 g  Chicken
  •  2.5 g  Salt
  •  3 g  Cumin Powder
  •  3 g  Onion Powder
  •  1 g  Dried Parsley
  •  15 ml  Olive Oil
  •  75 g  Cream
  •  75 g  Mayonnaise

  1. In a deep bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, sunflower oil, and lukewarm water. Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes until a cohesive dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

  1. Cut off the top of the garlic bulb with a sharp knife, exposing the cloves but keeping the bulb intact. Drizzle the garlic cloves with olive oil and wrap the bulb in baking paper and aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out. Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C for 15-20 minutes. After baking, let the garlic cool in the wrapping before unwrapping.
